农村党员发展荒的多维分析

近年来,农村在党员发展工作中,面临党员发展对象短缺的困境,其原因主要有:共青团作为党的后备军的作用没有得到充分发挥;农村新阶层人员受入党意愿和党员发展对象条件的双重限制;大批农村青年外流,农村党员发展对象成为无源之水;基层党委发展农村党员的工作力度不够,堵塞了党员发展对象的重要源头。
