| 摘 要： | 在信息不对称情况下，企业管理咨询者如何针对企业目前所处状态以及现有财务信息来推断出企业在管理方面所存在的症状是一个值得研究的企业诊断问题．本文不同与现有的各种直接针对企业财务分析的综合评价方法，而是运用模糊关系方程方法逆推求解企业管理经营症状。并建立了基于企业财务信息及目前所处状态的企业经营症状诊断模型，最后还进行了实证分析．

| Abstract: | Under the asymmetric information,it is very important for the enterprise management consultants how to diagnose out its presently operating symptoms based upon its financial in formation and previous state.Other than all kinds previously comprehensive evaluating methods to analysis directly firm's finance affairs.we discuss the question by the aid of the fuzzy relation equation to conclude adversely and analysis enterprise operating disadvantages,and build the model of how to diagnose it,and put this method in practice. |
