| Abstract: | With the background of mass higher education tendency,the newly-built universities and colleges should adopt the scientific development concept as the guidance, strengthening the teaching management and the construction of basic conditions and facilities, optimizing the personnel training programs in the development,reforming the education modes in the development,pushing on the innovation education in the development in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the teaching quality. |
