金融活动中的经济价值和伦理价值各有自己的所指和衡量标准,在各自的领域中都以价值最大化为目的,它们的冲突使人陷入难以抉择的矛盾旋涡。金融活动中的伦理二难选择,其产生和解决过程,实际上是经济准则和伦理准则在金融活动中的博弈过程。金融活动中“价值”依据的差异性和发展变化性并不否定价值标准的相对确定性,按照这一相对确定的标准,在二难选择中,应鼓励人们实践选择的超功利性。此外,二难选择中把伦理理念转化为道德实践,也是一个痛苦的过程,并伴随实际代价,只有把道德责任内化为精神追求,才能见诸行动。

The Moral Paradox and Its Value Basis in Financial Activities

In financial activities there always exists the moral paradox. The economic value and moral value in financial activities, though each with its own connotation and standard of measurement, share a common objective of value maximization. They tend to be in conflict with each other while pursuing the value maximization objective, and presen t great contradictions and difficult moral and economic choices to participants in financial activities. This moral paradox originates from, and is to be resolved in, the gaming process of economic and moral principles concerning financial activities, a process where choices are made based on the guidance of one's value preference. Although the value basis varies among participants in financial activities, there still exists relative certainty in the value frame of reference involved. Following the relative certainty, one is encouraged to make non-utility based choices. When facing a moral paradox, it could be a painful process to make a moral decision at an economic cost, an act of turning one's moral principles and obligations into his moral practice.
