| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校新生群体当中的党员人数不断增加,研究如何加强新生党员教育是各个高校所面临的新课题。本文针对新生党员的群体特点及现状,阐述加强新生党员教育的必要性,提出在新生党员教育工作中,不断引进新措施,加强和改进高校新生党员教育,推进高校党建工作。
