艺术体操中应用中国古典舞的呼吸与动作关联及情感联想的实验研究

基于艺术体操的竞技性特点,采用实验法,选取艺术体操专业大学生与中国古典舞专业大学生各10人作为研究对象。研究结果:实验组大学生和对照组大学生的柔韧素质均有一定的提高,但是,实验组大学生的柔韧素质提高较为显著。艺术体操专业大学生增加了中国古典舞训练方法,并且柔韧素质提高显著。通过实验,分析中国古典舞中呼吸与动作关联和情感联想对艺术体操的影响。重点阐述艺术体操训练中的中国古典舞情感联想的内涵,分析艺术体操中应用中国古典舞呼吸与动作关联及情感联想的发展方向。为我国艺术体操动作训练与动作编排提供理论参考。

Experimental Study on the Relationship between Rhythmic Gymnastics and Respiratory Action and Emotional Imagination in Chinese Classical Dance

Based on the competitive characteristics of rhythmic gymnastics, 10 rhythmic gymnastics students and 10 Chinese classical dance students were selected as the research objects. Results: the physical flexibility of the experimental group and the control group were improved to a certain extent, but the physical flexibility of the experimental group was improved significantly. College students majoring in rhythmic gymnastics have increased the training methods of Chinese classical dance, and their physical flexibility has been improved significantly. Through experiments, this paper analyzes the influence of breathing and movement association and emotional association on rhythmic gymnastics in Chinese classical dance. This paper focuses on the connotation of the emotional imagination of Chinese classical dance in the training of rhythmic gymnastics, and analyzes the development direction of the breath and movement correlation and emotional association of Chinese classical dance in rhythmic gymnastics. It provides theoretical reference for the movement training and choreography of rhythmic gymnastics in China.
