摘    要:远程教育中的互动的精神理应贯彻到教学和管理的各个环节中,本提出利用基于Internet的远程教育平台使教、学、管紧密关联,各要素之间实现双向多层互动的信息共享与互通,构建一个科学有序的教学教务管理系统,从而既体现出管理与学生、管理与教师、教师与学生、学生与学生之间的多层互动,又体现了教育群体要素之间的有机联系,达到信息沟通畅通的效果。

Abstract:The interactive spirit of distance education should be enforced to every process of teaching and teaching management. The article presents a scientific teaching and teaching affairs management system with proper order, based on distance education through Internet combinning teaching, learning and managing. It also makes all the elements realize information sharing of two-way multi-layer interaction.It embodies the multi-layer interaction between supervisor and student, supervisor and teacher,teacher and students, students and students; it embodies the organic relationshjp of the teaching elements and finally brings about a result of smooth information transmission.
