摘    要:本文探讨了二年制高职通信技术专业的培养方案,对职业岗位进行了分析,设定了学习目标,制定了高职通信专业计划,并对培养方案的特色进行了分析。

Abstract:To design an updated and down-to-earth education curriculum for two-year Communications Technology major, goal of education, first of all, should be established and market demands be predicted so as to tailor the program to customers' needs. Then, learning objectives are to be defined and a core curriculum planned for the balance of subjects within. The curriculum has to be job-oriented and competency-based. Specifically, it should be of several features. Core subjects are strengthened and otherwise are softened; there are sufficient optional subjects for students to choose from in addition to the required. Eventually, students are caused to be multi-qualification holders. In terms of the student' s personal quality, thinking skills and hands-on experience are emphasized instead of abstract concepts and memorized procedures. With proper thinking skills as basics, they will sure be able to generalize from concrete, direct experiences to more abstract and broader theoretical thinking. The focus of curriculum should be on depth of study, not breadth of topics.
