| 摘 要： | 自党的十一届三中全会以后,国家和自治区制定和实施了一系列旨在发展新疆牧区教育的政策。其中,牧区寄宿制学校教育政策的制定与实施极大地促进了牧区基础教育的良性发展,使牧区基础教育在短时间内取得了明显的进步。

| Abstract: | After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee,a series of Xinjiang pastoral area education policies had been formulated and implemented by the Central and autonomous region for the purpose of developing pastoral area education.Among these policies the formulation and implementation of the policy of the pastoral area boarding school education promoted pastoral area elementary education.Based on the policy above pastoral area elementary education has made much progress in a short time. |
