当代教师口语优良品质的应有特征

摘    要:探讨本课题具有积极的现实意义。素质教育要求教师口语既符合教书育人的规律,又适应社会发展的需求。口语品质主要取决于口语信息三要素对受话人影响的一致性与和谐度。当代教师口语应当具有以下特征:心态好——富含人文情感和科学精神;语态巧——充满教育智慧和生活情趣;体态雅——彰显职业素养和师表风范。它们相辅相成,互为表里,共同体现教师口语的优良品质。

Abstract:It is of constructive and realistic significance to explore the subject. It is demanded by quality education that teacher' s oral speech should both comply with the principle of teaching and educating and social development. Oral speech qualifications depend on listener' s response to the three major factors of oral speech information. Contemporary teachers should have the following characteristics of oral speech : good mentality-full of human feelings and scientific spirit;good speech skills-full of educating wisdom and living interests;good posture-full of professional qualifications and teacher demeanor. They are indispensable to each other, jointly comprising the excellent oral speech qualifications for teachers.
