| 摘 要： | 何香凝在创办仲恺农工学校的实践中，形成了扶助农工、服务社会的办学宗旨和注重实践、实行教学科研社会服务相统一的办学模式。今天，农业工程院校应该继续确立崇尚学术、注重创新的理念，秉承何香凝扶助农工、服务社会的办学宗旨，弘扬“三统一”的办学传统，培养“勤慎耐劳有真实学识之实业人才”。

| Abstract: | In her practice of creating the Zhongkai Agriculture and Industry School,He Xiang-ning formed her philosophy of aiding peasants and workers and serving the community and the mode of integrating teaching,research and social services.Today,Zhongkai Agricultural Engineering Institute should continue to honor the principle of revering learning and innovation,carry on He's principle of aiding peasants and workers and serving the community and cultivate diligent,hardy personnel of true learning and skills. |
