Study on the Management Strategy of Training of Arts Post-graduates

The thesis puts forward that through actively promoting the reform of enrollment work,taking strict control over midterm examination,improving thesis evaluation and screening system,paying attention to the capacity of scientific research,exploring the innovation of post-graduate education model and system,strictly controlling the four passes,proactively handles the several important relationships in post-graduate education and effectively improves the training quality of the post-graduates.
