跳远踏跳教学阶段的生物力学分析

摘    要:从生物力学的角度对跳远踏跳阶段的诸因素进行探讨,其中最主要的是:着板时制动点的稳定性,支撑腿踝膝关节的锁紧程度,摆动动作的效果以及蹬伸过程肌肉发力的顺序等因素,为科学制定教学计划提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:This paper studies factors in teaching phase of treading and jumping through biomechanical analysis. The most important factors include:the stability of stopping point while treading,the tightening degree of ankle and knee joints of the supporting leg,the result of swing and orders of muscle exertion during the process of thrusting etc. Theoretical bases are given in making up scientific teaching plans through the analysis.
