简论北宋的军事缓冲带

在“守内虚外”的国防政策指导下,北宋王朝在其行政权力所及的边缘地带设置了所谓的“两属地”、“禁地”之类的军事缓冲带,借以缓解来自敌对势力的军事压力,并预防争端事件的发生。不过除了宋辽边境的缓冲带起到了切实的作用并长期存在,其他各处则实际效果欠佳,宋夏间的军事缓冲带甚至起到了相反效果,因而在日后而被取消,这一带有绥靖色彩的国防政策应当说是不成功的。

On Northern Song Dynasty's Military Cushion Belt

In ＂defends empty outside＂ under defense doctrine instruction, Northern Song Dynasty established so-called ＂two possessions＂, ＂the restricted area＂ and so on military cushion belt in its administrative authority and the boundary zone to alleviate military pressure of hostile forces and prevent the conflict event＇ s occurrence. However, the result of cushion belt in other places was unsatisfactory, and even between Song and Xia, it had the boomerang effect and finally was cancelled.
