| 摘 要： | 高等教育中心是西方现代高等教育在传入我国的过程中历史形成的一个个区域性高等教育基地。文章尝试探求它们形成和演变的规律,并从自然、政治、经济、文化等各方面对高等教育中心形成的动力机制进行了初步的探讨。
