| 摘 要： | 尽管我国的基础教育在飞速发展，但基础音乐教育还是得不到足够的重视，对基础音乐教育的重视与否直接影响着高师音乐教育的发展前景。作为21世纪的高师音乐教育，在教学改革中，不仅要加大其改革的力度与速度，更要处理好稳与快的关系，先与后的关系，做到以重点带全面，才能取得有效的成果。
