| 摘 要： | 介绍基于用户答题平台的培训管理系统的构建和基于管理系统的培训实践。讨论该系统在宣传、组织调查问卷、数据统计与分析方面发挥的作用。在使用统计分析基础上,从促进资源利用、激发对培训主题的需求和提高用户参与程度三个方面探讨了管理系统的积极作用。

| Abstract: | The training management system based on the user feedback platform and the relative practices are presented in this article. It introduces three central functions in expanding advocacy,questionnaire formulation,as well as data collection and analysis. On the base of statistical analysis it is certain that the management system plays an active role in promoting the resources utilization,stimulating the training demands and improving user participation. |
