论武术套路运动员表现力的影响因素与培养

文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈、类比法等研究方法,对影响武术套路运动员表现力的各种因素进行分析,研究结果发现:影响武术套路运动员表现力的主要因素包括运动员自身专项素质与动作规格、对套路编排的理解、家庭与教练等环境因素、气质与性格、兴趣、文化修养等因素,并针对这些因素提出了对武术套路运动员表现力培养的方法建议,以指导训练工作。

On the Influencing Factors of Wushu Athletes Performance and the Developing Ways

With the methods of literature,questionaire,expert interviewing,and other research methods,the paper analyzes the influencing factors Wushu athletes performance.The results of the study include that: the main factors including the quality of athletes with their own special moves specifications,such as the understanding of the routine scheduling,family,coaches,or environmental factors,temperament and personality,interests,culture cultivation.In view of these factors,the paper suggests some methods of improving the Wushu athletes performance to guide the training.
