| 摘 要： | 从经济学角度,乡村旅游开发具备强外部性和公共性特征,属于市场失灵的传统领域。鉴于开发活动涉及面广,内容复杂,需要根据问题根源的乡村特征对各种政府干预措施进行整合,从而构建符合乡村旅游特点的政府与市场结合的效率机制。

| Abstract: | From the angle of economics,the development of country touring has strong characteristics of exterior and communal that belonging to the traditional realm of market failure.Owing to the activity of development involves various items and complicated contents,it needs to make various measure of government intervening conformity according to the country characteristic of the source problems.So it can form the efficiency mechanism of combining the market with government matching the characteristics of country touring. |
