| Abstract: | This paper investigates the legal status of "The Non-Market Economies" in the context of GATT/WTO law system and analyses problems existing in the WTO. Besides, the paper explains China's position in WTO. Studying the legal status of "the Non-Market Economies" in the context of GATT/WTO law system will help us gain a better understanding of the importance and necessity of the establishment of the market economic system. |
