| 摘 要： | 结合<山区开发>杂志的办刊历程,分析高校经营性期刊进行股份制改革的重要意义.认为在改革时首先要确保期刊改制后正确的办刊方向,遵循循序渐进的原则,做到产权明晰,权责分明,并对期刊定位作适时调整.
