摘    要:学术界对倍受推崇的发展性教师评价与传统的奖惩性教师评价做过很多的比较研究,但存在两大缺点:一是脱离教育的实际情况,发展性教师评价在实践中并未得到很好的应用;二是所比较的大部分特点并非是本质性的区别,而是人性化的评价形式问题。构建一个可行性教师评价理论迫在眉睫,需要做的工作有两步:一是分析我国教育的实际情况,二是澄清教师评价观。

Abstract:A lot of comparative studies have been done about the developmental teacher evaluation and the traditional hortative and punitive teacher evaluation. Two major defects are found in these studies: first, they are unconnected with the practical conditions; second, most of the comparisons are done about the formality of evaluation, not the nature of the evaluation. It is urgent to construct a feasible evaluation system now. Two steps should be taken in order to construct such a system: to analyze the real conditions of education in China; to clarify a teacher evaluation view.
