| 摘 要： | 山东广播电视大学在五年多的开放教育试点实践中,始终把握“边试点、边研究、边学习、边实践”的原则,遵循现代远程教育规律,探索并逐步形成了“三导三学”的教学模式,形成了适合山东实际情况的远程教育教学模式的基本框架。
