自主学习模式中教师角色探析

摘    要:自主学习模式符合教学理论的新发展,在这种新型学习模式下,教师必须改变传统的权威角色,成为培养学生自主学习的意识和能力的引导者。本文试图从更新教学理念、提高自身专业素质、注重与学生的情感交流等方面来探讨教师如何扮演好引导者的角色。

Abstract:Learner autonomy measures up to the development of modern teaching theory.In this mode college English teachers will have to transfer their traditional roles of authority to an instructor whose duty is to cultivate students’ awareness and ability of studying on their own.This essay tries to analyze how to be an instructor from such aspects as renewing teaching concept,improving professional qualities,stressing emotional communication with students,etc.
