| 摘 要： | 免费师范生政策实施三年来,六所部属高校按照中共中央、国务院、教育部的部署,扎实推进相关工作的开展.但面对近年来基础教育尤其是边远地区教育的基本现状以及免费师范生的种种政策限制,免费师范生的职业选择是基于一种对基础教育事业的热爱,还是迫于经济条件的负担,还是规避就业压力的一种权宜之计?师范生在签署《师范生免费教育协议》之前是否已经对相关政策有了充分的了解和真正的赞同?对于想继续深造的师范生,他们是否愿意以教育硕士的形式完成?本研究以陕西师范大学在读免费师范生为对象,运用访谈、问卷等方法对免费师范生报考的原因、相关政策的了解以及认同程度等进行调查和分析,从中发现问题并提出建议与策略,以期为政策的完善提供理论依据。
