我国师范大学教师培养模式的现状、问题及成因分析

我国师范大学经过百余年的发展,已形成了一套较为完整的教师培养方法、模式和体制。然而,随着我国基础教育的发展,中小学对师资的需求在结构和层次上都有了新的变化,传统师范大学定向、单一的教师培养模式已不能适应时代发展的需求。本文主要介绍我国师范大学教师培养模式的现状和存在的问题,并对其原因进行分析。
