| 摘 要： | 教学实践家作为在教学实践中成长起来的全国知名的教育家,能够做到擅长教学实践,深度解读和改善教学实践;自觉开展教学研究,构建个性鲜明的实践教学论;投入教学感情,与学生一起成长;秉持教学理想,积极投身和引领教学改革。教学实践家的成长要经过一个复杂而艰难的历程,需要内在动力和外在环境的共同作用,通过个人主义的成长方式和社会取向的成长方式相互配合,才能更为有效地促进教师登上事业上的顶峰。
