自组织原理在现代事业单位管理中的应用分析

摘    要:本文从自组织原理的角度来分析我国事业单位的管理体制,将自组织系统的内在性和自主性特点应用于事业单位的管理,使其摆脱传统的束缚,面向公众选择,建立和健全内在的投资和经营补偿制度,从而实现自我调控,重塑现代事业制度。

Abstract:From the angle of self-organizatlon system, the article uses the self-organization principle to manage public institutions, to turn the face to public choice, to build up and develop the systems of investment and financial subsidy, to make the system of public institutions revolve automatically, so as to build up the modern management system of public institutions.
