摘    要:以人为本法则、现代风险社会和灾难教育创新是大学生灾难教育素质化的内在动因,推进其实现合规律性与合目的性的有机统一。责任伦理为大学生灾难教育素质化进行哲学解说和本体论建构,重构灾难教育的理论基底,并以此为逻辑起点构建大学生灾难教育素质化路径:以观念再造推行生命教育,以后果审视进行责任教育,以典型示范开展道德教育,以情境体验实施技能教育。

Abstract:People oriented role, modem risk society and disaster educational innovation is the inner mo- tivation to undergraduates'quality - oriented disaster education, and to promote the unity of regularity and pur- posefulness. Responsibility ethics make philosophical explanation and ontological construction to undergradu- ates quality -oriented disaster education, rebuild the theoretical basis for disaster education, and in this sense, construct the path to quality- oriented disaster education: to implement life education by reconstruc- ting concept, to responsibility education by examining the consequence, to carry out moral education by tak- ing typical demonstration, and to skill education by situational experience.
