智能制造背景下高职专业集群建设研究——服务“智能工厂”的发展思路

智能制造是我国实现制造强国的重要战略举措,推动其发展的关键在高素质技术技能人才。本研究分析了智能制造对高职人才培养提出的新需求,阐明了由此引发的高职专业建设新要求及新挑战。适应智能制造人才培养的需要,以专业集群建设理念为指导,通过挖掘面向"智能工厂"的专业集群内生逻辑主线,解剖专业集群的关联技术领域,形成服务"智能工厂"的新型专业集群建设思路,为高职院校专业集群建设提供新的视角和有益参考。

A Study on the Building of Higher Vocational Major Clusters under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

Intelligent manufacturing is an important strategy which can help China become the manufacturing power,and high-quality technical talents are the key to promote intelligent manufacturing.Vocational colleges,as an important base for cultivating high-quality technical talents,are supposed to provide adequate human resources for intelligent manufacturing.Based on the demands of intelligent manufacturing,this paper elaborates on the challenges and requirements for the building of higher vocational majors.According to the needs of intelligent manufacturing talent training and following the philosophy of major cluster building,this paper,by analyzing the intrinsic logic of major clusters and the corresponding technical fields of major clusters,puts forward a new approach to major cluster building which can serve the"intelligent factory",with the purpose of providing new perspectives for the building of major clusters in higher vocational colleges.
