摘    要:关于大学与学科的各类评价与排名榜单都有不同的价值取向和服务的目标人群。站在大学的立场上,从促进学科发展的取向审视目前的大学学科评价与排名,有三方面缺陷需要引起重视:一是对于评价对象"学科"这一概念认识的不一致,导致评价的不准确性与排名的非可比性;二是对于评价对象"学科组织"本体的忽视,导致评价结果的效用大大降低,不能实现以评促建;三是对于评价对象"学科"在本科教育功能的认识不到位,导致学科在人才培养质量评价指标上的缺失或偏差。

Abstract:All kinds of evaluation and ranking lists of universities and disciplines have different value orientations and service target groups.Standing on the standpoint of universities,from the orientation of promoting the development of disciplines to examine the current evaluation and ranking of university disciplines,there are three shortcomings that need to be paid attention to.Firstly,the inconsistency of conceptual understanding for the evaluation object"disciplines"leads to incomparability of evaluation and ranking.Secondly,the neglect of the evaluation object ontology"discipline organization"leads to a significant reduction in the effectiveness of the evaluation results,which can’t be achieved to promote discipline construction by evaluation.Thirdly,the inadequate understanding of the discipline’s undergraduate education function leads to the lack or deviation of the discipline evaluation index on the quality of student learning.
