摘    要:产出导向(OBE)作为一种先进的教育理念已有数十年的研究和践行历史,但在微观落实的层面仍存在不少问题。如何促进OBE理念在课程和课堂教学中落地生根,既是专业认证背景下构建工程教育国际实质等效质量标准的本质要求,也是打造中国式"金课"所必须解决的突出问题之一。本文针对OBE课程教学从设计到实施再到评价的全过程,探讨了各环节所需要遵循的一般原则、形式标准和操作要点,并结合西安交通大学机械工程专业课程建设实例,对OBE框架下课程要素的关联关系及内在逻辑、"复杂工程问题"的特征内涵与教学情境建构、面向产出的课程教学评价等关键问题进行了进一步的阐释,以期为构筑OBE教学体系的"课程之基"提供思路和方法。

Abstract:Outcome-based education(OBE),as a widely accepted educational philosophy,has been studied and practiced for decades.Nevertheless,there are still a number of problems to be addressed,especially in the teaching practice at micro-level.Promoting the OBE concept to take root in curriculum and classroom teaching not only reflects the requirements of establishing the quality standards equivalent to the international engineering education,but is also essential for the construction of Chinese-style"golden courses".This paper discusses the general principles,standards and key points which all aspects of the OBE course teaching need to comply with,including its design,implementation,as well as evaluation.Based on the case study on the courses of mechanical engineering major in Xi’an Jiaotong University,this paper further analyzes some key issues,such as the correlation among various course elements under the OBE framework,the teaching method design for training complex engineering problem-solving skills,the outcome-oriented teaching evaluation,with the purpose of providing methodologies for the course construction of the OBE teaching system.
