| 摘 要： | 本文采用华东师范大学戴忠恒、祝蓓里主修的16PF对天津第一机床厂、天津大无缝钢管厂等工厂共332个技师进行调查。并运用差异性t检验方法对数据进行了分析,得出结果：16种人格因素中除了因素A（乐群性）、因素F（兴奋性）没有显著的差异性外,其他的人格因素差异都十分显著,相比于其他的专业人员,机械工人人格明显地有其自身特点。

| Abstract: | As the reflection of comprehensive quality,personality has a major impact on the training technology person by study the personality of technical workers.By using the survey of the 332 technical workers with 16PF scale,and analyze the data by sample test,it is concluded that important differences exists in 16 factors apart from factor A and factor B.Mechanics personality has its own unique compared with other technical workers. |
