| 摘 要： | 人才是资源、效益和导向。科学的人才理念应当是全面开放的、发展的、实践的人才理念。在困境中寻求出路的地方高校应克服自身的劣势和缺点,走出人才观的认识误区,重新审视自我,树立科学的人才发展观。

| Abstract: | Talent is resources; talent means benefit; talent is guidance. Scientific talent concept should be full open, developing and practical. The local colleges and universities which are finding a way out in a tough situation should overcome their own disadvantages and correct their misunderstanding of the concept of talents so as to re-examine themselves and establish a scientific concept of talent development. |
