| 摘 要： | 随着国际金融业的创新发展和科技的进步，金融监管组织结构理论经历了三个发展阶段：传统的金融监这组织结构理论，职能型金融监管组织结构理论和最新的目的的导向的金融监管组织结构理论。金融监管和金融创新之间的循环推进，推动了金融市场和金融监管结构的完善。

| Abstract: | With the development of technology and the innovations of financial service sectors, the theories on the organizational structure of financial regulation have experienced three stages of development: the traditional theories, functional theories, and the latest goal-oriented theories. The mutual promotions of financial innovations and regulation theories have resulted in the improvements of both financial market and regulation structure. |
