国有企业中组织沉默对专业人才离职意向影响的研究

摘    要:为探讨组织沉默与专业人才离职意向的关系,对广州纺织系统国有企业在职专业人才进行问卷调查.根据实证研究结果显示:组织沉默与离职意向为正相关;组织沉默会影响离职意向,但不是完全决定离职意向.研究结论启示我们:消除组织沉默有利于企业降低专业人才的离职意向,留住核心人才,从而提高企业竞争力.
