| 摘 要： | 邓小平同志继承和发展了毛泽东思想，形成了具有鲜明时代特征的知识分子理论与政策。基主要内容，一是拨乱反正，明确指出“知识分子是工人阶段的一部分”，为知识分子的阶段属性科学定位；二是“尊重知识，尊重人才”，重视知识分子在科技发展、经济建设中的重要作用；三是全面“落实知识分子政策”，让知识分子全身心地投入到科技工作中去。

| Abstract: | By carrying forward Mao Zedong's thought on intellectuals,comrade Deng Xiaoping has formed the theory and policy towards intellectuals with striking characteristics of our age,such as,intellectuals being a part of the working class,high regard for knowledge and talented persons,and implementing the policy for intellectuals etc.All this points clearly to the class status of intellectuals.Deng Xiaoping pays great attention to the important roles of knowledge and intellectuals in furthering scence and technology and economic construction. |
