| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、访谈法，对新疆地区“达瓦孜”运动的历史溯源、运动特征、社会属性及其学术价值进行探究，认为“达瓦孜”运动是一定历史和地域条件下的产物，它具有地域性、民族性、传统性以及表演、健身娱乐等社会功能，对发扬民族传统体育，推进全民健身活动开展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | After probed the historical origin,exercise characteristics,social attributes,and intellectual merits of the "Dawaz" in Xinjiang area through the documents and interview,this article thought it is the production of certain history and region,which possesses territoriality,nationality,traditional and the function of performance,body-building and entertainment; and it is very important for developing national traditional sports and promoting fitness for all. |
