边界功能视角下中印关系的演变

边界具有构建国家身份、维护国家主权与安全、沟通国家间交往等功能,这些功能在不同时期其价值体现各有侧重。中印建交后,印度一方面与中国发展友好关系,但另一方面,从构建民族国家身份和国家安全战略考虑,印度在边界问题上态度强硬,频频采取单边主义行动,严重威胁中国国家主权与安全,由此导致边界冲突。随着全球经济一体化的发展和中印两国经济改革的深入,边界传统意义上的军事功能削弱,政治功能淡化,经贸交流功能突出,这在一定程度上促进了中印关系的缓和与发展。

Evolution of the Sino-Indian Relations in the Border Functional Perspective

Border has the function of building a national identity,safeguarding national sovereignty and security,and communicating exchanges between the countries.These functions’value reflects have different emphases at different times.After the establishment of diplomatic ties with China,India developed friendly relations with China on the one hand,on the other hand,India showed tough stance on border issues and frequently took unilateralism actions considering building the identity of the nation-state and the national security strategy,which seriously threatened China's national sovereignty and security and led to the border conflict.With the development of global economic integration and the deepening of economic reform in China and India,the border’s military functions weakened and political functions desalinated,and its functions of economic and trade exchanges became prominent,which promoted relaxation and development of Sino-Indian relations to some extent.
