| 摘 要： | 构建成熟高效的农业科技推广体系,政府参与是必不可少的。我国农业科技推广模式呈现多元化的发展,势头强劲。县级政府组织在我国行政管理体制中,处于基础地位,直接进行着管理和引导农业生产。县级政府组织应该成为农业科技推广的主要力量,更有效地综合各方力量,加快农业科技的推广。文章结合调研材料,分析其中存在的问题,在此基础上,提出实现县级政府组织在农业科技推广中发挥作用的有效途径。
