| 摘 要： | 根据黑龙江省委《关于推进学习型党组织建设的实施意见》和黑龙江省委高校工委关于《黑龙江省高等学校学习型党组织建设实施意见》要求，哈尔滨理工大学党委把学习型党组织建设摆在各项工作的突出位置，列入重要议事日程，扎实有效地开展了学习型党组织建设创建工作。学校召开了党建工作专题会议，认真总结了前一阶段创建学习型党组织的工作经验，按照中央“科学理论武装、具有世界眼光、善于把握规律、富有创新精神”的总要求，做出新的部署，
