| 摘 要： | 住房条件的好坏是衡量居民生活水平高低的重要标志,是全面建设小康社会的重要内容。完善城镇中低收入家庭住房保障制度,推行廉租房制度建设,维护中低收入家庭住房基本权益,对于构建和谐社会、保持社会稳定具有十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The housing condition is an important symbol to judge the living level of the residents,also is the important content to establish the well-off society all around.It has a very important role to construct the harmonious society and keep the social stability of improving the housing guarantee system of the lower income families in towns,promoting the low rent house system construction,and maintaining the basic housing rights and properties of the lower income families. |
