高校学生党支部的建设是高校党建工作的重要内容。本文从高校学生党支部所面临的问题出发,从组织目标的确立、组织结构的设计、组织文化的构建、组织成员的激励和组织之间的共建等五个方面阐述了加强高校学生党支部建设的有效途径。

The Building of Party Branches within College Students

The Party branches within college students are the important parts of the work of college Party construction. However, the development of them is not very good now. Facing problems, the author proposes some effective ways that can promote the building of them from the five aspects as follows: the setup of organizational aims; the designing of organizational construction; the building the organizational culture; the motivation of organizational members and the mutual promotion between organizations.
