| 兰州市经济增长与环境污染的经济计量模型研究 |

| 摘 要： | 通过对1986～2003年兰州市环境经济数据的经济计量模型研究,发现该市工业"三废"排放与经济增长之间的拟合曲线并不完全符合典型环境库兹涅茨曲线的特征,经济增长除与工业废水的拟合曲线属于典型倒"U"型状外,与工业废气排放量和工业固体废弃物产生量的拟合曲线分别呈现出倒"U"型 "U"型和"U"型 倒"U"型的特征,而且3条曲线转折点来的也相对较晚。研究认为经济增长方式、河谷型盆地效应、重化工型产业结构、能源消费结构升级以及政策技术是造成兰州市非典型环境库茨涅茨曲线的主要原因。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the metric model of economic and environmental data from 1986 to 2003 of Lanzhou city,this paper finds that the curves between the discharging of the industrial"three wastes"and economic development differs from the typical inverted U Shape of the Environment Kuznets Curves.The curves of waste gas and solid waste but wastewater with the GDP per capita respectively present inverted U Shape and U Shape,U Shape and inverted U Shape.In addition there are later at the turning points in the three curves.Through studying,the author thinks that the economic development,the valley basin influence,heavy chemical industrial structure,the escalating of the Energy consumption structure and environmental policies are main factors lead to the non-typical Environmental Kuznets Curves in Lanzhou city. |
