| 摘 要： | 中国共产党,作为一个优秀的执政党,在世界政治、经济、科技、文化和社会各种因素相互胶着、彼此牵制的态势下,应当整合、弘扬执政党的组织魅力,用与时俱进的执政理念,培植每个党员自身形成的人格魅力,增强政党凝聚力,以此寻求国家在新的全球化体系中的地位和作用。

| Abstract: | Chinese Communist Party is an excellent ruling party.Under the posture o f mutual ankylosis and diversion of various elements of politics,economy,science,culture and society ,sh e must integrate and propaganda the i magination of the party.Using the ruling theory of the party,she can cultivate every party member to form the personality fascination of himself,and to enhance the co -power of the party,so as to explore the effect and position in the new global system. |
