| Abstract: | University. journals and subject constructions supplement each other. The former serve to drive and promote the latter; the latter prepares the ground for the specialization of the former, so as it can be promoted to a higher level. Colleges and universities must pay full attention to and enhance its journal construction, and improve subject construction. |
