摘    要:社会责任感是我国公民素养的核心成分,更是维护社会秩序、振兴民族发展、实现中国梦的重要道德基础。研究者比较分析了近10年以来国内外有关社会责任感的概念内涵,理论阐述了社会责任感结构模型的多维划分标准和影响因素,并对我国公民社会责任感的研究现状、评价体系与培育模式做出了系统梳理与归纳总结。未来方向应深入探讨社会责任感的结构模型及其心理机制的本土化研究,拓展其研究对象与方法,建构我国公民社会责任感的教育内容及其目标评价体系,提出具有针对性高、操作性强、人本性价值取向的社会责任感培育目标与教育措施。

Abstract:The discovery and cultivation of innovative talents, can reserve a strong legion of high-quality scholars and researchers for the nation, being a significant leverage of educational justice and equity in line with the state policies and principles on education. This study considered the cases of Beijing No. 8 Secondary School, The High School Attached to Renmin University of China and Zhenhai Secondary School to explore the individualized pathways of education in top-quality high schools and future schools. The well-performed high schools provide gifted students with objective conditions for ambitious conceptions, “I-to-V Framework” for development, times-paced practice, and campus-based advantages while the future school, a trend-setter for top-quality schools, is committed to a community of shared construction, management and education, a smartized teaching environment, constant cloud-based educational activities, constant online management, constant data-driven management, constant family-school coordination, and multiple team assessment management
