强专业性学科硕士生培养对策研究——以临床医学专业为例

以临床医学为强专业性学科的典型代表，分析了我国住院医师规范化培训与临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养二者并轨后，临床医学学术型和专业型硕士研究生存在的问题:定位认知不明、科研训练不足、生源不均衡等，并针对性地提出了改革培养模式、组建导师团队、完善考核制度、与博士培养接轨等建议。

A Case Study of Strategies on the Professional Training of Postgraduates in Medicine

This research considered the case of integrating the training of professional postgraduates in clinical medicine and the training of resident physicians to investigate issues regarding academically-focused and professionally-oriented graduate programs of clinical medicine in China. It clarified the issues like unclear cognition of orientation, insufficient scientific research training, and unbalanced source of enrolment, thus suggesting that countermeasures be taken in the aspects of training methods, source of enrollment, construction of advisory teams and integration of doctoral training.
