摘    要:介绍某500kV变电站5023开关运行中出现的套管爆裂情况,通过对同型号瓷套试验结果和该套管现场情况的综合分析,认为套管瓷套质量问题和法兰处防水胶老化是引发故障的主要原因,并提出相应的防范措施。

Abstract:In this paper, the crack case of thimble of 5023 breaker in a 500kV substation is introduced, it is supposed that the quality of porcelain and aging problem of waterproof adhesive is the main reason for the thimble failure through the comprehensive analysis between test results of the same type of porcelain and site conditions of this thimble, and corresponding preventive measures are put forward in the end.
