摘 要: | 通过对英格索兰C55MX3空压机检修后启动振值高跳脱原因分析,排除机械传动和安装工艺因素影响,最后确诊为电气系统老化接触器开路时闪弧形成的强磁干扰造成空压机数据监测值漂移振值高跳脱。对老化的电气元件进行更换后排除了空压机启动跳脱故障,保证空压机的试车成功。

Abstract: | The paper introduces the practical experiences with air compressor C 55MX3 maintenance.By analyzing the high vibration and jump off for the magentic contactors , we make a diagnosis , that there are ageing electrical system , which causes high vibration and jump off when contactor circuit open with flashover formation and strong magnetic interference .By replacing electrical components , we get well result . |
